Diane Stowell says “My husband, Curt Stowell, was very passionate about building the Veterans’ and 1st Responders’ Living Memorial. He felt it was important to honor both those who had lost their lives and those still living and caring for our country and community. His hope was that it would be a place for people to reflect, remember and learn about the sacrifices people made and are still making today.”
